The scholarship review committee, which is an independent committee consisting of appointed members, reviews scholarship applications and evaluates recipients based on a ranking system. With this data, the Executive Committee approved compensation for the position. Part I, Line 7 Subject to meeting staff KPI and performance expectations of the Board, the CEO is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as determined by the Board. All other ASSP staff are eligible for discretionary bonuses based on approval by ASSP's Board of Directors. The Board approves an overall staff bonus pool, which is then distributed to ASSP staff based on annual performance reviews.
