All the classes are vital for an integral learning process. Children benefit from learning two different musical instruments. They also learn how to use their voices properly, sing in tune and read and write music. The Group Class Environment provides teamwork and social awareness. The late filing resulted from circumstances beyond the organization's control. The primary accountant responsible for preparing the organization's financial records became unexpectedly ill near the filing deadline. As a result, the accounting services provider was required to reassign the work to a new staff member, which caused delays in finalizing the organization's books and financial reports necessary to complete Form 990. The organization exercised ordinary business care and prudence, acted in good faith, and filed the return as soon as the required information became available. The organization has a history of compliance and did not willfully neglect its filing obligations.
