Part XII, Line 1 NA Our organization operated under the good-faith belief that federal tax filing deadlines had been extended to April 2026 October 15 2025 and 6 months extension due to the California wildfire disaster relief provisions. Based on this understanding we inadvertently did not submit the Form 990 by October 15 deadline. This was an administrative oversight rather than a willful failure to comply.
