Billing was delayed due to Hurricane Idalia which caused massive damage to essential facilities from which we are still recovering in 2024. Also once in hundred damage to much of land that Foundation owns. The damage has delayed the disposal of almost all the land as even in 2025 water still very high. The most expensive land on lake has still not drained. so that monies are more restricted for scholarships.
