We believed that we could have our accounting period begin August 2024 to August 2025 based on our exemption date of August 26,2024. This is due fully to inexperience and the very low income we received during that time period. We were unable to undertake any projects. However, we are now aware and hopefully will be granted some type of leniency. We have such a minimal amount of money that any fines would greatly hamper the work we want to do. Thank you.
