Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a When a board member vote is needed at the annual meeting, the gymnastics clubs that represent their individual gymnasts members would have the opportunity to vote on new board member. There are approximately 50 gyms that would be included in this opportunity. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Financial results are reviewed with governing body at board meeting and 990 will be made available upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The member by-laws/governing documents are included on the Midwest Amateur Gymnastics Association website. The 990 is accessible to the public on the IRS website and the financial statements are made available upon request. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g Statistician Role and related fees Late filing was needed for a variety of factors. This was the first year a 990 was required vs a 990EZ due to unexpectedly exceeding the revenue threshold which required some additional due diligence and understanding of forms. In addition, some key contributors had extenuating circumstances after the end of the fiscal year that resulted in more time needed to gather key data and appropriately balance key financial data for the return.
