We request that the organization follow up with us on the progress of the project being funded. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4 The organization amended it's bylaws to include a business class of membership as follows: Section 3. Corporate Membership A. Definition: Corporate Membership is available to business entities, allowing for the designation of one (1) primary representative to attend meetings and exercise voting rights on behalf of the entity. B. Election and Qualification: Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2, a business entity applying for Corporate Membership shall be approved by a majority vote of the Board. Upon approval, the entity shall designate in writing the name of its authorized representative(s). The entity may change its authorized representative upon written notice to the Secretary, provided that the new representative shall be subject to the same vetting and approval process as defined in Section 2(B-D) before exercising membership rights. C. Rights and Fees: Corporate Members shall pay an annual fee as determined by the Board of Directors. Corporate Members shall be entitled to one (1) vote per meeting, regardless of which authorized representative is in attendance.
