WE BRING THE SERVICE INDUSTRY PROVIDERS SUCH AS REAL ESTATE, MORTGAGE, TAX, TEMPORARY LIVING, HOUSEHOLD GOODS TRANSPORTATION, RELOCATION MANAGEMENT, ETC. TOGETHER WITH THE CORPORATIONS WHO RELOCATE THEIR EMPLOYEES BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. NEW JERSEY RELOCATION COUNCIL PRODUCED 2 - FULL DAY MEETINGS FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP WITH 165-175 REGISTERED ATTENDEES EACH MEETING. OUR PROGRAMMIHNG INCLUDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT AWARDED CERTIFIED RELOCATION EDUCATIONAL CREDITS TO OUR ATTENDEES. WE AWAREDED 4 SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEW JERSEY STUDENTS WHO RELOCATED. WE OFFERED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MEMBERS, AIDED IN EMPLOYMENT SEARCHES, PROVIDED THE LATEST INDUSTRY UPDATES BY EXPERTS IN EACH FIELD OF SERVICE IN THE RELOCATION INDUSTRY BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. WE PROVIDE 4 SCHOLARSHIPS TO NEW JERSEY STUDENTS FOR COLLEGE EACH YEAR. I was on a leave of absence for the last 8 months taking care of my terminally ill family member. The organization was not able to get a replacement for me while I was away and the rest of the board did the day-to-day financial transactions to keep things going, but they did not know how to do the taxes or financial statements.
