Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b A draft of the Form 990 was provided to the Board of Directors for review prior to filing by the President and Treasurer during a monthly Board of Director's meeting. Filed copies of the Form 990 for each year are saved on an internal drive accessible to the current Board of Director's, and the filed current year Form 990 will be accessible to the membership at large and the public via Hanover Little Theatre's website. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Hanover Little Theatre's governing documents, policies, and financial statements are available to the public upon request. Volunteer Directors are provided with written policy documents by a Board of Director upon the start of their tenure. Form 990, Part X, Line 22 Heidi Hormel provided the organization a zero interest "bridge loan" at the end of the fiscal year until a HELOC could be secured for the renovation of the rental property. Upon securing the HELOC during the following fiscal year, the organization promptly paid the bridge loan. During the fiscal year, the organization's Immediate Past President passed away, and despite best efforts, we were unable to obtain all physical documentation related to the organization in his possession. Immediately after the fiscal year, the organization also voted in a new Treasurer; all financial records at that time were not stored electronically.
