All governance decisions are made by the board of directors, and board meetings and written actions are documented in the organization's records. The count is based on a reasonable estimate of unique individuals who volunteered during the tax year. The organization respectfully requests a waiver of late-filing penalties under Section 6652(c)(1)(A) due to reasonable cause. The organization was newly formed in July 2025 and operates strictly via a volunteer board. Because this was our initial, short tax year, our volunteer staff required additional time beyond the standard May 15th deadline to correctly aggregate mid-year transaction history from our e-commerce platforms and establish a compliant non-profit bookkeeping structure. The board has acted with due diligence to complete and submit this return as quickly as possible upon resolving these administrative barriers.
