Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 All employees' salaries, except for the CEO and President, are determined by the CEO who then receives approval from the President. The President's and CEO's salaries are determined by the board. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Love Station's policies and financial statements are available for public review upon request or by visiting the station during normal business hours. Our current EEO report is available online at www.thehousefm.com. Due to an administrative oversight, our organization inadvertently failed to submit the extension request by the required deadline. The oversight was discovered promptly, and we have taken immediate steps to complete and file the return as soon as possible. This filing will be approximately one month late. This is the first time in our organization's 34-year history that we have failed to timely file either our Form 990 or an extension request. Upon discovering the error, we implemented additional calendar reminders and internal procedures to help ensure this situation does not occur again. We respectfully request that any penalties associated with this late filing be waived based on reasonable cause. We appreciate your consideration and thank you for your time.
