Thus, upon completion of the food bank facility, this buildings ownership was transferred to Nampa First Church and became an asset for the Church. While the Fair Market Value was listed on Part II, only the actual cash expense for constructing the facility had been listed as an asset on CHPs previous 990 forms and its Statement of Financial Position due to this reality. Part III, Line 2 We began the development of an Immigrant Welcome Services program which includes conversational English classes and the development of an Immigration Assistance Center in partnership with Immigrant Connection. Part III, Line 4d Celebrate Recovery - A place where people battling emotional hang-ups and addictive behaviors can find support, teaching, and encouragement as they work their recovery process. We provide large group teaching sessions, open-share groups, and 12-Step Study groups. This year, we facilitated three 12-Step Study Groups which involved 18 individuals, and had an average of 57 people attend our weekly group gatherings. Partnership with Central Elementary School - we provided encouragement treats and gifts to the teachers and staff at the elementary school which is across the street from our center. Part VI, Line 3 Our human resources and bookkeeping tasks are facilitated by High Road PEO which then became Helpside PEO in January of 2026, under the supervision and direction of the COO/Programs Director and the Finance Committee. Part VI, Line 11b Copies of the Form 900 are sent to the Board of Directors and Finance Committee members via email for their review. Part VI, Line 12c Conflict of Interest Policy - A Conflict of Interest policy was approved during this current fiscal year and each member of our Board of Directors was asked to fill it out. This practice is now carried out at the initial meeting of each fiscal year. Part VI, Line 19 Each year, our financial documents are reported in our printed annual report booklet which is distributed to our board members, at our annual fundraising event, and at other public gatherings we participate in. When people ask to see these documents, we send digital copies of our governing documents, conflict of interest, and financial statements to them via email. Part XI, Line 9 As Care House Partnerships is a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center and is sponsored by Nampa First Church of the Nazarene, our bylaws do not allow us to own property or buildings. Thus, during the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the CHP Board of Directors voted to officially pass ownership of the Care House Food Bank Building to Nampa First Church of the Nazarene, which thus makes the building an asset for Nampa First Church of the Nazarene and not Care House Partnerships. Part XII, Line 2c Financial statements were reviewed by Care House Partnerships Finance Committee monthly and forwarded to the Care House Partnerships Board of Directors at each of its meetings.
