The total number of voting members of the governing body decreased from 14 to 11, with independent voting members decreasing from 13 to 10. With respect to officer transitions, Tracey Thompson succeeded Evan Strassberg as President, and Sarah Beaumont succeeded Tracey Thompson as Secretary. Paige Witt continued to serve as Treasurer without change. These changes reflect normal board succession and do not indicate any change in the organization's mission, governance structure, or operations.
