The organization exercised ordinary business care and prudence and made diligent efforts to gather, review, and reconcile the necessary information required for accurate reporting. Upon completion of the required financial information and audit process, the organization promptly moved forward with preparation and filing of the return. The organization has implemented additional measures intended to strengthen financial oversight and improve the timeliness of future reporting and filing processes.
