As such the Library Director is invited to all meetings and is provided with copies of the minutes and financial reports of the PPLF. The library Director is included in all financial and policy discussions but has no vote on motions. Part IV, Section D, line 3 At regularly scheduled meetings of the PPLF BOD the library Director is invited to present library needs for programming materials and or upgrades. Upon a successful motion made by a voting member of the BOD the library Director is asked to submit in writing a formal request for funding. If accepted by the BOD the Treasurer issues a check for the amount requested. The library Director provides receipts and or invoices for the purchased items. Part IV Section E, line 2A The sole purpose of the PPLF is to provide funds for programs materials projects and technology upgrades for the Pewaukee Public Library whose costs exceed the librarys annual budget. The Pewaukee Public Librarys stated purpose is to provide our community with carefully selected books and other materials to aid in the pursuit of education information research recreation and the creative use of leisure time.
