Cooperative Resources, Inc. was not able to obtain the change in actuarial value for Jeremy Kovash's defined benefit pension plan. The organization has included the actual contribution to this plan in Schedule J, Part II, Column C and in Form 990 Part VII column f for Mr. Kovash. Form 990, Part III, line 2 Youth in Leadership is a new program initiated during the fiscal year. Grant funds were received during the year; however, program operations and expenditures will not begin until FY26. Accordingly, grant revenue has been deferred at year-end, and no expenses were recognized in the current fiscal year. Revenue will be recognized in FY26 as the program is implemented.
