As the sole specialized rescue for these species in the region our limited administrative resources were redirected entirely toward urgent animal triage and life-saving operations leading to an administrative oversight regarding the filing deadline. Upon discovery we immediately prioritized the completion of this return and have implemented a dedicated compliance calendar to ensure all future filings are submitted in a timely manner.
