Because of this crisis we feel the urgency to provide a new LifeCenter outside the slum but nearby . . . a safe place where mothers and children can come without fear offering: education for the young training for adults spiritual nurture and discipleship dental and medical care nutritious meals for the hungry and other activities.are 0 0 0 HOUSING: The idea that became Love At Work Ministries first grew out of the our founders work with Habitat for Humanity a world leader in addressing the issues of poor housing conditions. We have worked in 14 countries building and advocating for families in need of safe decent shelter. In the process we have built renovated and repaired almost 2000 homes. In 2025 we intentionally paused our home construction in order to expand our programs in our LifeCenters which impacts a much larger group of families and their children.
