First I approached Sterling CPAs PLLC and they acted like they can file our tax return. After the initial meeting they realized the scope of the foundation was limited and they referred me to an independent accountant Rick. He also acted that he could help but once the filing deadline was approaching he said that he did not have time to help. Then I contacted Anderson Business Associates but they said they could not help me since the filing deadline has passed. I called several other CPAs but they told me the same thing. I tried to uses TurboTax and they instructed me to download their business software. I did this but they do not support the form 990. I then contacted FreeTaxUSA. They told me that they do not support form 990 but did not charge me anything. They recommended that I file using form990online. I completed the whole 990 return but then realize that I need 990-PF.
