FASB ASC 740 provides detailed guidance for the financial statement recognition, measurement, and disclosure of uncertain tax positions in an enterprise's financial statements. Income tax positions must meet a more-likely-than-not recognition threshold to be recognized. ATIP's policy is to classify income tax penalties and interest as miscellaneous expense. During the years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, ATIP recognized no interest or penalties with respect to income taxes. As of September 30, 2025 and 2024, management does not believe ATIP has any uncertain tax positions that would require financial statement recognition, measurement, or disclosure under FASB ASC 740.
