The scholarships are granted to youth who have demonstrated exceptional character and resilience while succeeding despite the odds and difficult home, health, or other circumstances. Many students who win these scholarships are the first members of their family to attend college. Charity Appropriations - Funding for the purpose of supporting other local charitable organizations and supporting through affiliated organizations.
