During the term of the contract the individual shall make her services available exclusively to the Association. Each member institution is represented in the policy making deliberations of the Association through the institutions' president or designated representative. Institutions' representatives constitute the Presidents Assembly, the ultimate authority in Association matters. Form 990 Part VI Section A line 7a The Presidents Assembly (the institutions' representative of member institutions) elect the Executive Committee President and President Elect of the Executive Committee. Form 990 Part VI Section B line 11b The Form 990 is reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee at the first meeting after the completion of the Form and members are given the opportunity to ask questions. Form 990 Part VI Section B line 15a The Executive Director's contract is negotiated by the Executive Committee and approved annually as part of the budget process. Compensation is based on comparable salaries for similar duties performed by employees working at member institutions.
