This is a community-building initiative and supports youth in our community. This year, 65 children attended. Thanksgiving Box Giveaway - In addition to our other food resources, we give a box with a complete Thanksgiving Meal to every family in need to cook at home for Thanksgiving. This year, we gave out 106 Boxes. Kids' Camp - We provide a weekly kids' camp in the month of July, where kids can learn about character building and also learn about Christ. A free dinner is served each week. This furthers our mission in the areas of supporting youth, community building, and food insecurity. This year, 53 children attended. Christmas Free Toy Store - Every December we host a free Christmas Toy Store where parents or guardians can come shop for toys for their children. Children can also make crafts as gifts for their parents. Everyone receives cookies and cocoa and children in attendance leave with an additional small gift. This supports many areas of our overall mission. This year, we served 123 families including 426 total children.
