The financial activity of Hennepin Schools Building Company, a separate legal entity, was incorrectly included in Hennepin Schools' Form 990. Hennepin Schools Building Company should have filed its own Form 990 as a distinct supporting organization. This amended return removes the Building Company's financial information from Hennepin Schools' Form 990. A separate Form 990 is being filed for Hennepin Schools Building Company for the same tax year to properly report its activities.
