Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Reason for the changes in net assets is due to the increase in expenses by 33% and a reduce in income generation because programs of housing acquisitions for family stabilization inventory decreased by 65%. I had applied for an extension due to changes on our board. Our Board Treasurer normally completes our 990 but she secured employment with the IRS, thus there is a conflict and she couldn't do them. I have been trying to acquire a vendor to complete them, but was unsuccessful. So I had to complete them myself.
