As the course was held in 2025, it has been reported as a program service on this year's Form 990. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 Management services are performed by Status Plus, with included membership services, financial management, meeting management, member communications, and other services. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The Organization has members. Membership in the Organization shall be limited to chairpersons and acting or interim chairpersons of departments of obstetrics and gynecology in schools of medicine in the United States and Canada. All members of CUCOG shall be members of the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO). Former chairpersons of departments of obstetrics and gynecology in schools of medicine in the United States and Canada, shall, upon a request to the CUCOG be eligible as non-voting emeritus members of the Organization. The Organization will have one class of non-voting members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Members elect the Board of Directors. CUCOG has 1 to 3 voting members who may nominate elects for vacancies on the board of directors. The voting members then vote on 1 to 3 board candidates every two years. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The conflict of interest policy is included within the bylaws, which are reviewed on an annual basis to ensure compliance.
