Each easement is inspected annually. Landowners are notified in advance and invited to attend the official monitoring walks. FCLSRT will complete an inspection report and provide a copy to the landowner and retain a copy in our easement files. The report lists the date of inspection, town, map and parcel, current owner and conditions found during the inspection. If any violations of the the easement conditions are determined, the landowners will be notified in writing and given the opportunity to remedy the violation. If any violations remain un-addressed, they may be referred to legal counsel for further action.
