Additionally, during the fiscal year, we provided supportive and wellness services to 32 victims of crime, sexual assault, DV, and/or FGM/C and conducted 26 outreach and educational activities. US Together provided housing stabilization services to 277 most vulnerable residents of Central Ohio. Civic Integration services were provided to 2,626 individuals; 5 Citizenship preparation courses were conducted with 72 people attending; 209 new citizenship applications were submitted. Provided trained interpreters for 23,339 scheduled requests and 22,927 telephonic/video requests in medical, mental health, educational, social and human services settings, assuring the provision of linguistically and culturally sensitive services to Limited English Proficiency Population of Ohio. 521 documents were translated. Conducted 3 interpreter training sessions with 42 interpreters trained. Provided pro-bono interpreters for 390 requests. Interpretation and translation services withe requested in 118 languages. Form 990, Part III, Line 2 During FY2025, US Together's Peer Support Program provided 2,057 units of peer support services to 51 clients and delivered 57 general mental health encounters across its Cleveland and Toledo locations. Throughout the year, the program continued to strengthen its infrastructure by achieving three-year CARF accreditation, obtaining five-year Ohio Department of Behavioral Health certification for both sites, securing Medicaid approval and enrollment with Managed Care Entities (MCEs), implementing the Qualifacts/InSync electronic health record system, and establishing standardized clinical workflows. The program also expanded culturally responsive behavioral health services by providing support in clients' preferred languages, linking clients with primary medical care, launching a Self-Advocacy Group, and assisting individuals with employment, trauma recovery, and other significant life transitions. These accomplishments established a strong operational foundation while providing meaningful support to individuals and families in the community.
