Should a service be unavailable from any other source, the board of directors may approve the purchase after having full knowledge of such interest and the reasons for the exception. Employees, officers, and agents of the Organization shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from suppliers or potential suppliers. Key employees (administrative team) and all governing board members must annually complete a conflict of interest statement form. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The MPCA salary survey was used to determine compensation for the CEO. The executive committee determines the salary and makes a recommendation to the board for approval. The salary of the CEO is approved by the board of directors.
