Services / resources provided include cultural meals made from scratch, fresh produce boxes, social service support sessions, exercise class, Zumba, dancing, Karaoke, field trips, Book Club, distributions of information of health, wellness and safety, and cultural celebrations. 130382 Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority (PHPDA):Through the PHPDA contract, SPSC provided medical access support to the seniors we serve - resources and services included: establishing Care Plans for seniors with chronic illnesses, securing providers and specialists, attending appointments to serve as interpreters and advocates, providing transportation to medical appointments, purchasing medical/mobility equipment (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, prescription eyeglasses, hearing aids, etc.), providing financial assistance for medical care/appointment costs.
