The organization respectfully requests reasonable cause consideration for the late filing of this Form 990. The late filing was due to an unintentional administrative oversight and was not due to willful neglect. After identifying the issue the organization immediately began preparing the required return and submitted it as soon as the necessary information was available. The organization has taken corrective action by strengthening its filing calendar assigning responsibility for annual return monitoring and implementing an additional management review step to ensure future compliance.
