The Chair of the Executive Committee is the President. It is the responsibility of the Executive Committee to prepare the agenda for each meeting of the Board of Directors, to review the activities of the elected Officers, and to hire, terminate, or accept the resignation of the Academy's Head of School. The Executive Committee meets at least one time per month between the months of August and June.
