Worked with community members on efforts to inform others of the importance of maintaining sustainably managed forests to mitigate the effects of climate change. Specifically, FSM worked on two family conservation projects to move them closer toward completion and began to work collaboratively with three partners to undertake one very significant conservation project to conserve 78,000 acres in western Maine.
