After I finished the filing and sent Form 8453-TE to the ED, it took a while for her to review the draft 990 then sign and scan Form 8453-TE. After she sent to me, it also took me a couple days to sign and scan the Form as my printer was having issues. In essence, it was technological issues that slowed down the process for us. Please accept and pardon the tardiness for the filing. We have learned from this situation.
