During 2024, the organization hosted three youth conferences, a community engagement event in Cleveland, and the 60th Anniversary Freedom Summer Youth Event in Philadelphia, MS. Through its ABC Model of Community Building (Attitude, Behavior, and Conditions), the program provided leadership training, mentorship, youth stipends, and community-based activities designed to strengthen youth identity, civic engagement, and community involvement. The Neshoba Youth Coalition Leadership Program carried out its exempt purpose by expanding youth leadership development and community engagement efforts across multiple communities, including Philadelphia, Canton, Jackson, and Cleveland, Mississippi. During 2024, the organization implemented a Youth Leadership Pilot Program, hosted three youth conferences, facilitated a community engagement event in Cleveland, and coordinated the 60th Anniversary Freedom Summer Youth Event in Philadelphia, MS.
