The program focuses on cultivating emotional intelligence and establishing a sustainable culture of gratitude among students. Throughout the current year, the program has directly impacted over 200 students, equipping them with practical tools to improve mental well-being, resilience, and interpersonal relationships. Outcomes are measured through pre- and post- program assessments, demonstrating meaningful improvements across multiple areas of student development. Reported outcomes include: 56.1% increase in daily happiness 84.7% increase in emotional awareness 34.9% decrease in anxiety and stress 66.1% increase in resilience (ability to bounce back from adversity) 56.2% increase in relationship satisfaction 31.6% improvement in sleep quality 81.4% consistent engagement in gratitude practices throughout the program 42560 The Fatherhood Project is a 10-week, curriculum-based program designed to equip men to grow in their identity and lead their families with integrity, humility, and consistency. Through structured, accountability-driven group sessions, participants develop practical skills in emotional intelligence, personal responsibility, and relational leadership. During the current year, The Hiped Foundation facilitated over 10 program cohorts, serving approximately 50 fathers. The program?s impact extends beyond participants, strengthening family environments and positively influencing youth development. 17321 Hiped Huddles is a recurring youth program that provides teenagers with a safe, inclusive environment to build relationships and engage in guided discussions on emotional intelligence, resilience, and personal growth. The program emphasizes community, peer connection, and open dialogue to support healthy social and emotional development. During the current year, over 500 students participated in Hiped Huddles, reflecting strong community engagement and sustained program reach. 2230 Project Serve Your Community is a service-based initiative that mobilizes youth to actively engage in meeting local community needs through volunteer efforts such as providing meals, neighborhood outreach, and environmental clean-up. The program emphasizes compassion, civic responsibility, and positive community impact. During the current year, one event was conducted with approximately 50 student participants.
