The training is provided by active-duty Law Enforcement instructors and medical emergency response instructors. The training consists of the following:Mindset training that prepares attendees to take charge in a threat situation.Medical training that focuses on providing medical aid in an emergency. Provided by medical emergency response instructors.Firearms Training that is provided by active-duty Law Enforcement instructors all of whom are POST Police Officer Standards and Training Full Skills certified. Simulator and scenario training that put students in live threat situations. The training is provided by active-duty Law Enforcement instructors all of whom are POST Full Skills certified. In 2025 we conducted outreach educational efforts is provided by board members of the non-profit.
