The organization is expanding its board of directors to 4-6 members and will implement an independent compensation committee to review and approve the President's compensation. The President will be recused from all discussions and decisions regarding their compensation. In establishing compensation, the committee will rely on appropriate comparability data, including publicly available Form 990 information and other relevant compensation studies for similar organizations.
