We also decided to update the By-Laws and Articles of Foundation to reflect the legal current name as Strengthline Foundation, the new address, the board and the minimally updated mission statement that maintained the original mission of the foundations goals. Also, the treasurer had some medical issues so was delayed getting the 990-EZ and necessary forms together for filing.
