If approved, the requisition must be completed by the requesting party, approved by the Budget Director or President, and then by the supervising staff member either the Associate Dean or the Vice President. Then the requisition is sent to Auxiliary Services for payment, along with the board minutes indicating approval. Payment is prepared and check signed or ACH approved and released by either the Dean Education Enterprise, or Director of Auxiliary Services.
