The Agency qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under Section 170(b)(1)(A) and has been classified as an organization other than a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2). The Agency believes that is has appropriate support for any tax prosition taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The Organization is no longer subject to examiniations by tax authorities for years before 2023. No authorities have commenced examinations as of September 30, 2025. 1 Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program 4812 1667223 Congregrate and Home Delivered Meals Program 698563 book Payments to meal providers. Part I, Line 2: The Housing Choice Voucher Program is administered by the Agency. The Agency accepts applications from individuals for rental assistance. The individual must meet the guidelines prescribed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in order to be eligible to receive assistance under the program. The Agency determines eligibility based on the prescribed guidelines. The Agency contracts to provide congregate and home delivered meals to eligible individuals under the Older Americans Act. Individuals meeting eligibility requirements may make a suggested contribution. Individuals not meeting the eligibility requirements must purchase the meal at a set price.
