This Foundation has received the 501(c)(3) determination letter; however, the submitted 1023 application had an EIN error. On November 24. 2025, a request letter was submitted to correct the EIN error from 39-3226991 to 39-3228991. The corrected EIN is pending as of this 990PF submission. Zeros have been entered on this initial 990PF form due to no contributions received in 2025 and no checking account was created to pay the Foundation?s $815.34 startup expenses. The Founder, Leonard Sensui, plans to submit a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) of $5,000 in 2026 and $50,000 in 2027. In 2025. The Foundation?s Board approved the opening of a business checking account in 2026, to deposit the Founder?s QCDs, and to reimburse the Founder $815.34, for the startup expenses paid out-of-pocket in the 2026 operating year.
