VCIC believes that they have appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, do not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Management does not believe that the ultimate outcome of any future examinations of open tax years will have a material impact on VCIC's results of operations. Tax years that remain subject to examination by the IRS are fiscal years 2022 through 2025.
