They were software generated and did not represent true liabilities. They have been therefore removed from this return. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Rounding We were a tiny school since 1990, struggling to serve God by serving local families looking for a rigorous, traditional, Christian education. We have struggled sometimes to be timely with our filings. Due to plunging enrollment and financial weakness, the school ceased all operations in June, 2023. We were advised by counsel to keep the corporation alive and continue filings for at least three years to allow any all transactions and especially unknown liabilities to show, if they existed. We know our filings are an important duty, but with the entire organization now defunct, this filing completely slipped my mind after a mini-stroke and a difficult hip replacement. Then I spent two weeks trying to get access to our financial records. Finally, I gave in and paid the ransomware demanded by QuickBooks to get access to our own data. I am a well-educated and well-intentioned American doing his best to meet his obligations. I humbly ask for forgiveness and remission of any penalties due to my error.
