We also feed the kids 3 times a day while they are physically active throughout the the day. We also incorporate Kahn academy for each kid for one hour a day, keeping them up to date on math skills.(prior to Covid-19) Football camps - provide a ton of physical activity and teaches the kids the importance of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, all while being trained and mentored by former NFL players.
