The Organization did not have a choice, but they had to deed the property to the State for a highway right of way. The Organization will use the proceeds to purchase a new property. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The members are divided into two categories - playing and non-playing members. Non-playing members include coaches, Board members, Officers, and social members. A non-playing member will become a playing member upon payment of playing dues. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members by the Board of Directors. Directors shall be elected by the members from the slate of nominees presented to the members by the current Board. Members may also nominate other candidates for election to the Board.
