Each Board of Trustees member signs the Conflict of Interest Statement annually. Staff and Trustees are reminded regularly that all potential conflicts of interest, no matter how small or insignificant, are to be reported to the Executive Director (in the case of staff) or to the Board of Trustees (in the case of Trustees) prior to engaging in a conflict of interest action. In the case of any potential conflict of interest being reported or discovered, the Executive Director or Board of Trustees representative will make a decision as to whether the relationship is an appropriate one for RRLC.
