Beyond providing the policy to all members, the Board relies upon self-reporting of any potential conflicts of interest. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Human Resources and Finance Committees discussed the Directors' performance and determined the compensation package. As part of this process, the Human Resources and Finance Committees discussed the Directors' performance as well as current market wages with the board. Ultimate approval of the Directors' compensation is documented in the minutes of these meetings. Officers of the Corporation are not compensated. Wages of other employees that report to the Directors were determined by the Directors and were then approved by the Board.
