Each student receives a personalized Part III Line 4 passport upon entering the Gamechanger Safe School, documenting their Part III Line 4 initial academic grades. Students are challenged weekly to show Part III Line 4 measurable in each academic area. After just 1 month of implementation, Part III Line 4 the "Elite Passport System" showed significant results. Peoria Public Part III Line 4 Schools data showed that every student in the Elite Safe School achieved Part III Line 4 75% or higher in every academic category- demonstrating rapid academic Part III Line 4 gains. Part III Line 4 At the Elite Game Changer Safe School, nearly 50% of our students Part III Line 4 arrive already involved with the Peoria County Juvenile Justice System, Part III Line 4 some as young as 12. They come in academically behind and burdened Part III Line 4 by court supervision and labels that shape their identity before they have Part III Line 4 a fair chance. This early justice system tie creates mistrust, trauma, and Part III Line 4 resignation but at Elite, we work to break this cycle, rebuild trust, and Part III Line 4 help these youth reclaim their future. Part III Line 4 To break this cycle, Elite joined forces with Chief Judge Gorman, the Part III Line 4 States Attorneys Office, Juvenile Probation, the Juvenile Detention Part III Line 4 Center, and Peoria Public Schools leadership. Together, they launched Part III Line 4 the Elite Game Changer Juvenile Re-Entry Program to directly confront Part III Line 4 these barriers and give youth a real second chance. Part III Line 4 We had a total of 141 students come to the elite Safe School for FY25. Part III Line 4 The majority of the students were successfully returned to their home Part III Line 4 schools with grades, behavior, and attendance approved to an acceptable Part III Line 4 level.
