SWFLN has evaluated its tax provision and any estimates utilized in its tax returns, and concluded that it has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. Interest and penalties associated with uncertain tax positions will be recognized in income tax expenses, if required. The Executive Director then approves the Form 990 and authorizes the CPA firm to electronically file the tax return.
